What is Vendra and who is it for?

Do I need to install anything?
No. Vendra is fully cloud-based. You just need a browser and an internet connection. It works on any device — smartphone, tablet or desktop. No installation, no IT team required.
How does payment integration work?
Vendra integrates with payment gateways, mobile money platforms and card processors in your region. Payments are triggered directly from the sales module and reconciled automatically in your accounts — no manual entry needed.
Can I manage multiple branches?

How do I pay for my subscription?

How does Vendra compare to Odoo, SAP or Microsoft Business Central?
Vendra is built on the Odoo framework and covers the same core functions as Odoo, SAP or Business Central — POS, inventory, accounting, payroll and CRM. The difference is that Vendra is fully hosted, pre-configured and priced for growing businesses rather than large enterprises. Setup takes minutes, not months, and there is no technical team needed.
Can I import my existing products and customer data?
Yes. Vendra accepts CSV imports for products, customers, suppliers and opening balances. If you are moving from another system or a spreadsheet, you can load your existing data without entering it manually one by one.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your data at any time during or after your subscription. We do not delete records without giving you adequate notice and the chance to retrieve your information.
Does Vendra support multiple users with different access levels?
Yes. All plans include unlimited users. Each user is assigned a role — cashier, manager, accountant or administrator — and sees only what their role allows. Cashiers cannot access financial reports; managers can close sessions; administrators control everything.
