How do I activate or renew my subscription?
Pay via M-Pesa Paybill (Business No. 4186843) using your account number as the account reference. Your plan activates automatically within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Billing → Subscription → "Change plan". To upgrade, pay the new plan amount via M-Pesa. To downgrade, select a lower plan — it takes effect immediately and your remaining days are preserved.
My plan hasn't activated after payment — what should I do?
Dashboard updates automatically within 5 minutes of M-Pesa confirmation. If it's been longer, contact us with your M-Pesa transaction reference and we'll sort it out right away.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email [email protected] with your transaction details and reason for the request.
